The Background :
Our US-based client, a well-known company, was selling their products on the online platform. They were looking for a dashboard from where they can have the track of all their products. They wanted to check the live data of their products related to the stock of products, number of placed orders, number of order cancellation. Along with all these facilities they also want to have a proper track of the location of their products. Their other aim was to get the maximum online exposure for optimal sale.
(a). The client was selling their products on Amazon and wanted the details of his product from Amazon.
(b). According to the client’s requirement, they want every detail related to the product on their dashboard that includes having a track on the orders, shipping status of the product, number of pending orders, number of damaged products and the stock details of the products.
(c). The client wanted to have the details related to other vendor’s products available for selling on Amazon. These details include their number of orders, their price, their customers’ strength, and a few other points.
(d). To fulfill the customer’s requirement, we need to fetch the data available on Amazon and to represent it according to the customer.
The Webuters Team Solution
(a) To provide an effective solution to the client the Webuters team used Amazon MWS API to fetch the product related data from Amazon and to publish this data on the client’s dashboard.
(b) To increase the sale of the client’s product, our team used XML data integration. This action of our team increased the selling efficiency and level of selling automation.
(c) The MWS API was used by our team to track the status of the product, sellers, and order. All this information is based on different locations.
The solution helped our client achieve the following aims:
(a) Now our client can track the details of their products including the number of order and location of shipped products.
(b) Our solution gave the freedom to the client to filter the data effortlessly.
(c) The customer was able to generate a variety of reports, the status of the query & download them in an improved responsive time.
(d) Our solution to the client allowed him to upload the information about the orders, a number of acknowledged orders and payment data.
(e) Now the client can schedule the reports on the dashboard.
(f) With MSW the vendors can develop an app to use their Amazon account more effectively, additionally, it also makes them available to other Amazon Sellers.
