The Background :
A US-based client was seeking a solution to navigate and manage their corporate telecom expenses. The client had a huge amount of data which was placed at different portals. They wanted to see the filtered data from all of the locations at one place. The client’s system was manual, challenging and labor-intensive.
(a) The biggest challenge was to bring data stored on multiple accounts to one place.
(b) Client needed the tracking of the SIM details, which was again a challenge.
(c) The client also needed to be able to filter data based on all possible data searches.
The Webuters Team Solution
(a) Our solution comprised a script that collected data from multiple dashboards and stored it in the database according to the product.
(b) We used Firebase as a real-time database. Firebase service allows application data to be synchronized across clients and to store it on Firebase’s cloud.
(c) The team successfully displayed all the required data on the dashboard.
The solution helped our client achieve the following aims:
(a) With the solution of Firebase, managing the data became easy and efficient for the client.
(b) Our solution empowered the client to filter the data according to day, week, month and last three months.
(c) Our solution reduced the eliminated the labor requirment for the process to run. Additionally, it also reduced response time.
