Our client, a professional window tinting company based in the US, sells their services through website. Some of the client’s services include different types of certifications. The client was manually generating the certificates and mailing it to the customers, but now he wanted to develop a centralized system to generate certificates and send mails automatically.
(a) The main challenge to fulfill the client’s requirement was to keep a track of all the warranty certification provided by the client. As the certifications were for different services.
(b) The client also needed a centralized system where he can automate the certification process for the different services with minimal manual interference.
(c) The biggest challenge for us was that the client’s system had many to many relationships with the products and warranty certifications, in this case keeping the track of all those customers and warranty certifications was very difficult.
(d) The client wanted the system to be developed in a way that it does not miss the certification date, as this brings loss to their business in terms of capital.
The Webuters Team Solution
(a) After a long analysis of the client’s system, Webuters team suggested complete automation of client’s tedious process of certification. We followed (WordPress) website integration with Salesforce (SFDC) for complete automation of the process.
(b) We created a custom WordPress plugin that connects client’s SFDC org and triggers automated emails to the end user under diverse condition.
(c) We also created a custom plugin for WordPress website and custom code in the SFDC to trigger different email templates with dynamic values.
The solution helped our client achieve the following aims:

(c) On the warranty certification expiration, the client’s customers started getting the email alert.
